Proud of the Culture We’ve Built

One of the things I’m most proud of at PBG Events is the number of young people who come back year after year to work with us.

Many of our team members started with us as university students or during college breaks, seeking experience, extra income, or simply the opportunity to be part of something different. Many of them are now studying law, engineering, teaching, and a whole range of other careers, but still return each season to be part of the team.

For me, that says a lot about the culture we’ve built at PBG, and I am incredibly proud of it.

Working in events isn’t always glamorous. The hours can be long, the pace is fast, and no two days are ever the same. But it also gives people real experience, responsibility, confidence, and the chance to work at some incredible events alongside a brilliant team.

Seeing so many young people grow in confidence and come back each year is something I’ll never stop being proud of.
